Plan your visit.
A few short steps about what you are looking for. Pressing Send delivers your request to Chosen Moment straight away, and opens the same text in WhatsApp so you can send it from your own account as well.
What a consultation is useful for: putting two stones beside each other in the same light, seeing how a setting sits on the hand it is for, checking whether a wedding band lies flat against it, and seeing which differences between two options you can actually pick out, and which you cannot. Comparing in person often makes these differences easier to judge than photographs or specifications alone.
Getting there and parking
- Visitors arrive independently — by train, bus, taxi or private vehicle.
- If you plan to arrive by private vehicle, you can indicate in the form whether you may need parking.
- After a visit is confirmed, arrival instructions are sent to you directly.
Submitting this request does not confirm a visit.
We have your request.
It reached us the moment you pressed Send, and nothing further is needed from you. WhatsApp also opened with the same request written out: sending it from there keeps a copy in your own chat and lets us reply to you in it — useful, but your request is with us either way.

While you wait
- Bring an identity document on the day. A passport if you are travelling from abroad, an Israeli Teudat Zehut if you live in Israel. The Diamond Exchange screens everyone at the entrance to its complex, so entry is not possible without it. This website never collects its details.
- Arrival instructions come with the confirmation, not with this request — including where to meet if you are parking.
- Plans can change. Once a visit is confirmed you can propose a new time or cancel it through Manage Visit.
Visit area
Confirmed consultations take place inside the Israel Diamond Exchange area in Ramat Gan. Exact arrival instructions are sent after your visit is confirmed.
