What a consultation is useful for: putting two stones beside each other in the same light, seeing how a setting sits on the hand it is for, checking whether a wedding band lies flat against it, and seeing which differences between two options you can actually pick out, and which you cannot. Comparing in person often makes these differences easier to judge than photographs or specifications alone.

A request is not a confirmation. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, meeting point, product availability, price or parking. A request receives one of four outcomes: confirmed, an alternative time proposed, more information needed, or not available.
Bring your identity document. The Diamond Exchange screens everyone at the entrance to its complex, and without a document entry is not possible. Every individual visitor brings their own — an Israeli Teudat Zehut if you live in Israel, a passport if you are travelling from abroad. A group may well bring both kinds. This website never collects its number, or copies, scans or uploads.
Getting there and parking
  • Visitors arrive independently — by train, bus, taxi or private vehicle.
  • If you plan to arrive by private vehicle, you can indicate in the form whether you may need parking.
  • After a visit is confirmed, arrival instructions are sent to you directly.
