You will receive a reply through the contact method you chose, within one working day — confirmation is never assumed and never automatic.
A confirmed visit, if available
Only after confirmation, with directions to the meeting point. Every confirmed visitor brings their own identity document.
An Israeli Teudat Zehut, or a passport for visitors from abroad — for the security check at the entrance to the Diamond Exchange complex. Arrival guidance comes from a representative, through the contact channel you chose.
A real showroom, arranged in advance
After confirmation, the consultation takes place in a showroom inside the Exchange.
- Arriving on your own is welcome. Self-travel still requires a request and a confirmed date and time.
- Your document stays yours. This website never collects its details.
