A visit, arranged in advance

Two stones can match on paper and still look different side by side. Seeing them together, on a hand, in more than one light, is what a consultation is for — and it takes place inside the Israel Diamond Exchange complex, by appointment.

Send a request, receive a personal reply, and come only once your date and time are confirmed. There is no separate charge from Chosen Moment for sending a request or for the consultation.

What Chosen Moment does

A prepared, personal way to buy — not a shop, not a catalogue.

How high a setting sits, whether a wedding band lies flat beside it, how large a stone actually reads on a hand rather than in a carat figure — these are easier to judge on the hand than from specifications alone. Chosen Moment is independent and coordinates consultations inside the Israel Diamond Exchange. Your request is reviewed personally, and a visit happens only once it is confirmed.

Chosen Moment is not the Israel Diamond Exchange. References to the Exchange describe the intended location of a consultation and do not imply any endorsement, affiliation or official relationship.

A request is not a confirmation. Every visit is reviewed and confirmed individually.

How the visit works

Request → review → personal outcome → confirmed visit

This is how a visit is arranged.

You send a request

What we ask for: preferred date and time, how many visitors, and how to reach you — a phone call or a WhatsApp message.

Personal & operational review

Your request will be recorded and reviewed personally before any visit is confirmed.

A personal outcome

You will receive a reply through the contact method you chose, within one working day — confirmation is never assumed and never automatic.

A confirmed visit, if available

Only after confirmation, with directions to the meeting point. Every confirmed visitor brings their own identity document.

An Israeli Teudat Zehut, or a passport for visitors from abroad — for the security check at the entrance to the Diamond Exchange complex. Arrival guidance comes from a representative, through the contact channel you chose.

Confirmed Alternative time proposed More information required Not confirmed / unavailable
A request is not a booking. Nothing is reserved automatically and no live availability is shown online — every confirmation is personal and explicit.

Confirmed consultation

A real showroom, arranged in advance

After confirmation, the consultation takes place in a showroom inside the Exchange.

  • Arriving on your own is welcome. Self-travel still requires a request and a confirmed date and time.
  • Your document stays yours. This website never collects its details.

Entry and meeting arrangements are subject to confirmation and applicable visitor requirements.

Around the purchase

Topics you can raise

These are topics you can raise during a consultation. Chosen Moment does not sell jewelry and does not promise a particular product, service, certificate, warranty or commercial condition. Any applicable product or transaction terms must be confirmed directly before purchase. Confirmed meeting details are communicated directly. A request is not a confirmation.

The conversation itself

You describe what you are looking for, and the consultation is shaped around your questions.

Certificates & documentation

Whether a certificate or documentation accompanies a specific stone must be confirmed directly before purchase.

Custom jewelry design

Made-to-order work may be discussed. Availability, process and terms must be confirmed directly.

Resizing & aftercare

Any resizing or aftercare availability and terms must be confirmed directly before purchase.

Upgrade / replacement

Whether any upgrade or replacement option exists must be confirmed directly before purchase.

Warranty & after-sale terms

Any warranty, return, service or after-sale terms must be confirmed directly before purchase.

Nothing here is a promise by Chosen Moment.

Custom jewelry design

A visit can be the beginning of a piece that does not exist yet — a setting built around a stone you choose, or something designed from nothing. What is possible is answered at the meeting.

Diamond shapes

Ten shapes, one that feels right

Most diamond decisions start with shape. Each shape has its own character, and the cutting style within it decides how light comes back — and the differences are easiest to judge side by side, in person.

Colour & personal choice

Some things you have to see in person

Colour, gemstones and the character of a piece are hard to judge on a screen. A visit is the moment to see them in the light, hold them, and choose what feels like yours — in a conversation with the people who work with them every day.
