What a visit looks like.
A personal consultation about diamonds and fine jewelry, on a date and time confirmed with you individually. Chosen Moment receives your request, reviews it personally and coordinates the next step. The selling company sets its own product details, prices and transaction terms, and confirms them with you directly.
Before
You will send one short request — preferred date and time, number of visitors, and how you'd like us to contact you. It will be reviewed personally; nothing will be booked automatically.
Confirmation
You will receive a clear outcome through the contact method you chose. When confirmed, your visit will have a fixed date and time, and the exact meeting details will be shared together with the confirmation.
On the day
Every individual visitor brings their own identity document — a passport from abroad, an Israeli Teudat Zehut if you live in Israel. The consultation is personal, and your questions shape what is discussed.
Afterwards
Plans change — that's fine. A confirmed visit can be rescheduled or cancelled through Manage Visit, and the follow-up reaches you the way you chose.
Arrive independently
Visitors may arrive independently by train, bus, taxi or private vehicle.
If you plan to drive, the request form asks one optional parking-planning question. Selecting Yes does not reserve parking or confirm the visit.
What to expect
By appointment, not by queue
Visits happen by confirmed appointment, so you are expected rather than waiting your turn at a counter. How long the consultation runs, and what it covers, are set by the company that receives you.
Plain language
Terms get explained in plain language, and asking what one means is a reasonable use of the time.
Your questions lead
Come with a precise brief or a vague feeling. Both are good starting points for the conversation.
Clear, before and after
Confirmations and follow-ups will arrive through the contact method you chose, so nothing gets lost.
Practical notes
- One document to bring. Every individual visitor brings their own identity document on the day — a passport from abroad, an Israeli Teudat Zehut if you live in Israel. This website never asks for its number, or for copies, scans or uploads.
- No live calendar. This site shows no availability and reserves nothing automatically. You state a preference; a person confirms a time with you.
- One clear follow-up. Updates arrive through the contact method you chose — a phone call or a WhatsApp message.
- Changes stay safe. If you ask to reschedule a confirmed visit, your current appointment stays active until a replacement is confirmed — or until you explicitly cancel.
- VAT on export. Where the selling company takes part in the tax authority's arrangement for tourist VAT refunds, it issues the official document at the time of purchase, for a visitor from abroad taking the purchase out of Israel. Not every company takes part, and the arrangement carries its own conditions — on the purchase, on your standing as a visitor, and on taking the goods out of the country — so whether it applies is settled with the company at the time. The refund itself is claimed at the airport on departure, from the operator there and under its conditions — neither the selling company nor Chosen Moment processes it, and neither can guarantee it.
