A visit can be the beginning of a piece that does not exist yet. Custom design is discussed in person, and it starts the same way every visit does — with a request.
From a setting to a whole piece.
A setting built around a stone you choose on the day. A complete piece designed from nothing — an engagement or wedding ring, earrings, a pendant, a bracelet. Or an existing piece, bought from the same company, remade into something else.

A sketch is where a conversation starts.
A sketch, a photograph, a reference — anything that shows what you have in mind. Bring it.
A drawing is not a specification. Whether a piece can be made as drawn depends on what it actually is: proportions, the stone it needs, and how it holds together as an object worn on a hand. Those questions are answered by the people who would make it, in front of you.
Only what was bought there.
Stones, metal and existing pieces are worked on only where they were bought from the same company. This is ordinary practice in the trade, and the reason is responsibility: a stone arriving from elsewhere carries a history nobody in the room can verify, and the risk it takes during setting is not one anyone can accept on your behalf.
Designs and symbols that the law does not permit are excluded.
