Purpose of the site
The site is informational. Submitting a form sends your request to Chosen Moment and also prepares a message you can send from your own WhatsApp; the Privacy page sets out what is kept and for how long. Submitting a form does not create an appointment, and no confirmation or update is delivered through this site itself. No products are sold and no payment is taken through this site.
Requests are not confirmations
The website allows visitors to submit a request so that a personal consultation can be coordinated. A request does not constitute a booking or a confirmed appointment: confirmed date, time and meeting details are provided only after separate review and coordination. Availability is not guaranteed, and a request may be declined or may not be accommodated.
No guarantees
Nothing on this site guarantees any appointment, entry, timing, acceptance of a request, product, price, discount, certificate, warranty, return or parking reservation. Answering the parking-planning question does not confirm a visit.
Purchases are separate from Chosen Moment
Chosen Moment does not sell jewelry or diamonds. Any purchase agreement, product description, grading report, certificate, price, tax, warranty, return or sale term must be confirmed directly before purchase.
